We make it a policy not to reveal our specific security strategy or network diagrams, since revealing that information would violate the first principle of successful network security.

Your website resides on a secured server. Our network administrators always keep the servers up-to-date with the most current security patches and fixes. The only ways to access the site are via web browser (which is read only), FTP, and FrontPage Extensions. You have password access to the latter two, which means you have the ability to compromise security. That means it's up to you to protect your password and UserID.

Also, your website is not encrypted. This is not unusual. The overwhelming majority of websites on the World Wide Web  are unencrypted. Encryption is mainly needed for protecting highly sensitive input from visitors, such as credit card information. We recommend using a service like PayPal for such transactions.

FTP is a clear-text protocol, as are Front Page extensions. This means that when you authenticate to the server, the password you send is not encrypted. That means there's always the potential for a very highly skilled hacker to be able to capture your password and user ID without your knowledge. The chances are very remote that this would happen, but it's always a possibility. Besides, there's not likely to be anything on your website that a hacker would really want, which reduces the odds tremendously that a hacker would target your website.
