About Walt Thiessen
Back in 1997, Walt purchased the connweb.com domain name, put up a small site, and opened his doors as a web designer. A few years later, he and his wife Louise moved to Virginia, and the connweb.com web site went into hibernation. In 2012, he moved back to Connecticut, and connweb.com became the renewed focus of his energies.
The whole point of having a web site is to win on the web. That's what motivates Mr. Thiessen today. The web has become an arms race, one what we are determined to win. Through the vision and insight of our founder, we are already winning the race.
For this reason, you should not be surprised if Walt constantly talks about helping you to build your web site's armament, in the form of adding content. Ultimately, that is what winning on the web is all about. The victors on the web are the ones with the most high quality content. Walt is expert at helping your company develop exactly that.
Large portions of the content on this site were written by Walt, and that means this is the first person in our company that most of our customers get to know first, without actually meeting him in person. That shows the power of the web. Of course, if you actually decide to become a Connweb customer, you will almost certainly get to know Walt Thiessen well!
